Opt Out of Analysis Emails

Choose whether to receive analysis content in your inbox.

If you no longer want to receive any analysis content in your inbox, you can remove yourself from all mailing lists through user preferences. You also have the option of removing yourself from specific scheduled analyses by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

By opting out of the analysis emails, you'll no longer receive:

  • Email notifications when an analysis is shared with you.
  • Analyses delivered through an email push schedule. For more information, see Analysis Email Push.

Note: This setting does not affect password reset and new user emails.

To opt out of analysis emails:

  1. On the navigation bar, click the User button > Preferences.

    Note: Clicking the Unsubscribe link in the analysis email will also take you to the Preferences page.

  2. On the Preferences page, click the General tab.
  3. In the Email section, click the Receive emails from Visier button.
