Compare What-if Scenarios
Compare multiple scenarios to determine which course of action to take to achieve your goal.

Note: Further assumptions cannot be made when you're comparing scenarios.
- In a chart that contains a projection metric, click the Compare to button .
- In the Compare to panel, click Scenario and then select the scenario you want to compare.
Result: A comparison between the default projection (metric with no assumptions applied) and your scenario appears.
- Optional: Add additional scenarios to the comparison by clicking Add another scenario in the Compare to panel.

To rename comparators, select the comparator in the Compare to panel, enter a display name, and click Done.
Note:
- The custom display name is used in the visual title, captures, and chart cards in an analysis.
- Changing the display name of comparators in a capture or chart card will not affect other existing captures or cards.
Tip: If you want to quickly visualize the effect of your assumptions on the projection metric (a before and after comparison), you can create a comparison between your assumptions and the default projection (metric with no assumptions applied) without having to save your assumptions as a scenario first. To do this after you make an assumption, click the Compare to button > Scenario > Default.
