Set Up Vee in Microsoft Teams

Integrate Vee by Visier into Microsoft Teams for your organization.

Enable the Microsoft Teams integration

This allows Microsoft Teams to connect to Visier.

1. In the global workspace of Studio, click Settings on the global navigation bar.
2. Click Third-Party Integrations.
3. Turn on the Microsoft Teams chat integration toggle.
4. Click Save.

Add Vee by Visier to Microsoft Teams

After you enable the integration, your Microsoft Teams admin must add the Vee by Visier app to Microsoft Teams. The app is how users will interact with Vee in Microsoft Teams.

Vee by Visier can be added to Microsoft Teams in the following ways:

• Admins can add the app for everyone in the organization or select users. For more information, see Overview of App Management and Governance in Teams Admin Center.
• Individual users can request the app in Microsoft Teams and admins can approve their request. For more information, see View and manage user requests.

Grant admin consent for sign-in

Your Microsoft Teams admin must also authorize the required Microsoft Graph permissions to enable sign-in for all users.

Do one of the following:

In	Do this
Microsoft Entra	Sign into the Microsoft Entra admin center. Click Enterprise apps. Select the vee-by-visier-prod app. Go to Security > Permissions and click Grant admin consent for Visier. Result: A pop-up window will appear requesting the necessary permissions. Click Accept to grant access. To verify access has been granted, refresh the Permissions page, and confirm that the Microsoft Graph API permission is listed.
Microsoft Teams	Sign into Microsoft Teams with your admin account. Start a new chat, and type Vee by Visier in the To field. Type sign in to bring up the Welcome to Vee message, and click Click to sign in. Result: The Sign in page opens in a new tab, where you'll be prompted to grant the necessary permissions. Select the Consent on behalf of your organization box, and click Accept.
