Overview

For increased API security, set the IP addresses from which API users can call Visier APIs. To call Visier APIs, you must specify at least one trusted IP subnet, up to a maximum of 30 network subnets. For more information about network access, see Set Up Network Access.

With this API, you can:

  • Retrieve the current list of network subnets that can call Visier APIs
  • Add network subnets to the list of network subnets that can call Visier APIs
  • Update the list of network subnets that can call Visier APIs, such as to add, remove, or edit IP addresses
  • Remove IP addresses from the list of network subnets that can call Visier APIs

Caution: By updating or removing allowed network subnets, you may remove your current IP address from the allowlist. If this happens, you will lock yourself out from making additional API calls. Visier does not allow lock outs unless you set confirmLockout to true. Default is false.
