Processing Issues Viewer

Troubleshoot all processing issues in failed jobs in a single overview.

The processing issues viewer is a tool that shows all the event stream loader (ESL) issues generated from running a job. In the Processing Issues room, you can review the severity of each issue, at which stage of the event stream the issue occurred, the issue's RCI code, and more. You can export the processing issues table as a CSV file.

Before a data version generates, a processing job runs. If the processing job fails, you can troubleshoot the issues that caused it to fail by investigating the job's processing issues. To access a job's processing issues:

  1. Open a project and, on the navigation bar, click Data > Jobs.
  2. Select a failed processing job.
  3. Click Processing Issues.

The processing issues table describes each error and lists its RCI code, the job stage that the error occurred, and, if applicable, the data file, line, and subject ID associated with the error. Common errors are missing source files and unmapped properties. For more information about adding a source to a mapping and mapping properties, see Add a Mapping.

Optionally, download information about the job:

  • Job log: Contains event statements that occurred during the job in LOG format. For more information, see Jobs.
  • Processing issues: Contains the same information as the processing issues table in CSV format. For more information, see Download processing issues.
