Additional Capabilities

In a profile, additional capabilities grant specialized access not available through core capabilities.

The following table describes each additional capability.

Additional capability Description
Approve Approve a project to make it visible to the approver.
Consolidated Analytics

Allows Embedded Partner Administrators to create, edit, and configure consolidated analytics tenants.

Data Upload Ability to upload data to the solution.

Data Validation - All Data

Grants the user access to create alerts and resolve issues that occur during data validation. Users granted this capability will have access to all data surfaced in alerts and issues.

Caution: Data Validation - All Data is a powerful capability that gives a user access to view data in the Issues room that they may not have permission to see otherwise.

Direct Publish Publish changes in a project directly into production without needing another user to review.
File Sharing Ability to upload and share documents.
Manage Jobs Allows this user to manage jobs.
Module Management Allow this user to manage modules.
OAuth 2.0 Client Registration Allows the user to register clients for this tenant's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.
Open API Allows the user to assign Data Upload, Manage Jobs, and API capabilities.
Open Platform If enabled, a user can grant capabilities in excess of their own.
Request Auth Token Allows the user to request an authentication token via API.
Request Secure Ticket Allows the user to request a VisierSecureTicket for authentication via API.
Settings Access general tenant settings.
Tenant Preview Ability to perform tenant preview workflow (preview production and drafts).
Translation Access to translation and ability to add SVG images to explanations.
Two-Step Publish Creator of the project cannot directly publish.
Visier University Manager Allows the user to access enhanced capabilities in the Visier University.
Visier Case Manager Allows the user to create, manage, and close all service tickets logged by users in the Visier Service Portal.
Visier Case Requester Allows the user to create, manage, and close their own service cases in the Visier Service Portal.
