Review Your Team Managers' Tasks
Review the tasks assigned to the managers on your team to ensure they're progressing and completed on time.

Overview
As a manager of managers, you have direct reports on your team who are also managers that have been assigned compensation allocation tasks. Review these tasks by taking a look at progress, allocation highlights, and compensation decisions to ensure they're progressing on budget, on time, and in line with your pay philosophy suggestions.
You must also complete your own compensation allocation tasks. For more information, see Allocate Compensation.
Note: Supporting users can perform this task as well.
There are three components to reviewing managers' tasks:
- Compensation decisions: Review the adjustments made from submitted tasks for consistency, fairness, and equity.
- Allocation highlights: Review decisions that are highlighted as possible deviations or outliers from what the pay philosophy suggests and see budget breakdowns by task.
- Task status: Monitor the status and progress of each task.
Review tasks
- Under Review managers' tasks, click Review tasks.
- In the navigation bar, click Compensation decisions to review the adjustments made from submitted tasks. For more information on how to navigate the compensation adjustments table, see "The compensation adjustments table" in Allocate Compensation.
- In the navigation bar, click Allocation highlights to review decisions that are highlighted as possible deviations or outliers from what the pay philosophy suggests. To make adjustments, click Show details > Open breakdown.
- In the navigation bar, click Task status to monitor the status and progress of each task. If needed, you can click View task to make adjustments.
- Click Submit for review.
