Scenario Access Levels

Learn about the access levels you can use to share your scenario with stakeholders.

Overview

The scenarios that you create are private until you decide to share them with other users. When you share a scenario with a user, they will get an email when first invited. When changes are made, they can refresh their view to see the latest. For more information on how to share a scenario, see Share a Scenario.

Projects and scenarios

A project is a container for one or more scenarios. A scenario is a single version of an organization design within that project. When you grant access, you choose whether it applies to a whole project or to selected scenarios only.

Roles

The following table summarizes the roles and access levels you can give to collaborators:

Role	Access Level
Owner Note: This role is assigned automatically to the creator of the project.	Create, edit, export, and delete scenarios, metrics, and design principles. Manage access and share scenarios with collaborators.
Commenter	View the scenario in read-only mode. Comment on the scenario. View metrics and design principles.
