Monitor Your Collaboration Project
Use the collaboration tracker to see a summary of subplan activity.
Access requirements
Permission with one of the following capability sets:

Planner
-
Plan Administrator
Reach out to your administrator for access.
The collaboration tracker shows the daily activity level of each subplanner as they approach their deadline. The color of the bar indicates the status of the subplan, as shown in the following illustration.
| Color | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Gray | Assigned |
The subplan has been assigned to a subplanner. |
| Blue | In Progress | The subplanner has opened the subplan. |
| Orange | Overdue | The subplan was not completed on time. |
| Yellow | Submitted | The subplan has been submitted for review. |
| Red | Sent Back | The subplan was rejected and returned to the subplanner for editing. |
| Green | Consolidated | The subplan has been accepted and combined into the primary plan. |
To turn on the collaboration tracker:
- On the toolbar, click the Tracker button
