Update an Exploration Snapshot

Refresh the data in your Exploration Snapshot to reflect changes in the plan.

Access requirements

Permission with one of the following capability sets:

  • Planner

  • Plan Administrator

Reach out to your administrator for access.

Prerequisites: To perform the following task, you must:

  • Be the main planner
  • Create a fixed plan
  • End the collaboration project

  1. In the main plan, click the Explore drop-down arrow on the toolbar.

  2. Hover over the Exploration Snapshot you want to update and click Update > OK.

Note: After you update the Exploration Snapshot, any existing captures and analyses that contain data from the Exploration Snapshot will also be refreshed.
