Visier Data Dictionaries

Learn about the required, recommended, and optional fields for data loading in the Visier Data Dictionaries.

Overview

The Visier Data Dictionaries document the datasets and data elements included in each application. Each Visier application has its own data dictionary that covers the details of the files' format and content for required and non-critical fields.

Visier relies on text files to load data from your source systems. For the platform to understand your data, it is essential all files are provided in a structured format. When the structure and number of distinct files are identified, the loads are programmed to run on a regular basis so that your application contains the latest data.

The following data dictionaries are for your reference and are available to download. Please consult with your Visier Project team or Visier Technical Support for direction before formalizing any extracts.

For information about file formats, file encoding, naming conventions, and more, see Data File Guidelines.
