Manage the Mailing List

Specify the users that will receive email notifications regarding data versions.

Users on the mailing list will receive an email when:

  • A new data version is published to production.
  • A data version cannot be validated.
  1. On the global navigation bar, click Settings > Mailing List.
  2. Do the following:
    1. To add a user, type the user's email in the Add to Mailing List box, and then click Add.
    2. To turn on or turn off email notifications for a user, in the mailing list, find the user's email and click the Enable/Disable toggle button to the left of the user's email.
    3. To delete a user, in the mailing list, find the user's email and click Remove to the right of the user's email.

Note: Changes to the mailing list are automatically put into effect and do not require publishing.
