Manage Workplace Dynamics Users

User management for Workplace Dynamics is done via the employee profile.

Individual user settings and preferences for Workplace Dynamics is determined by the employee profile data that you provide Visier. For example, the employee profile should include columns that determine whether active and passive feedback is being collected for the employee.

Add the following columns to the employee profile to define individual user settings for Workplace Dynamics:

Column	Description
Workplace Dynamics Language	The language preference of the employee.
Workplace Dynamics Time Zone	The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) time zone code of the employee.
Collect Passive Data	Whether or not digital activity data is being collected for the employee.
Collect Active Data	Whether or not the employee is being sent surveys.
Collect 360 Feedback	Whether or not feedback about the employee is being collected through surveys.
