Manage Email Push Schedules

Manage the analysis email push schedules for a tenant.

As an administrator, you can view and manage the analysis emails scheduled to be pushed across your tenants in the Tenant room.

  1. On the global navigation bar, click Tenant.
  2. Click the Scheduled Content tab.
  3. To see a list of the scheduled deliveries for an analysis, click the Expand button .
  4. Select a schedule to see the status of the delivery, a summary of the recipients, and statistics that will help you track its performance.
  5. To see a list of recipients that have unsubscribed, on the right side of the schedule you want to review, click the More button > Unsubscribed users.
  6. To turn off a recurring schedule, on the right side of the schedule name, click the More button and then turn off the Schedule active toggle.

    Note: Deliveries that are in progress when the recurring schedule is turned off will carry to completion.

  7. To edit or delete a multi-tenant schedule, on the right side of the schedule name, click the More button and then click Edit or Delete.
