Set Up Network Access
Restrict the IP addresses where users can access the solution.
To help protect your organization's data from unauthorized access, you can specify lists of trusted IP addresses from which users can sign in, export data, or call Visier APIs from. For example, you can restrict access to the solution and only allow users who are on your organization’s office networks to sign in.
Note: If subnet restrictions are implemented, users can only connect to the app using Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4).
- On the global navigation bar, click Settings > Network Access.
- To restrict access to the networks where:

Users can access the solution
- In the Access solution section, change All Access to Restricted Access.
- Type the trusted IP address using the Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) format: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx, and then click Add.
Users can export data
- In the Export data section, do one of the following:
- To add a trusted IP address, change All Access to Restricted Access, type the IP address using the Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) format: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx, and then click Add.
- To restrict all users from exporting data from any network, change All Access to No Access.
Users can access Visier APIs
In the API Access section, type the trusted IP address using the Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) format: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx, and then click Add.
Note:
- The maximum number of CIDR subnets is 30.
- This feature is also available through Visier's public APIs. For more information, seeNetwork Subnets API.
- When finished, click Save.
