Compensation Benchmarks API

Make strategic decisions on compensation based on the current market. With the Compensation Benchmarks API, you can access comprehensive base salary data for thousands of US jobs across 28 industries.

Who can use this feature?

  • This is available to Embedded Partners

  • Additional Purchase This feature requires an additional cost. If you are interested, please contact your Customer/Partner Success Manager.

To use the APIs, you must have a Visier account with a profile that has the API capability. If you don't have an account, contact your administrator. They will create an account for you with permissions that allow you to view data.

  • The Compensation Benchmarks API does not require a security token at this time.

Overview

With this API, you can:

  • Compare your workforce compensation data to benchmarking data.
  • Filter compensation benchmark values by specific dimensions such as jobs, career level, location, industry, and company size.
  • Retrieve millions of compensation benchmark values for specific dimensions in the 10th, 25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th percentile.
