Smart Compensation Data Requirements

Learn about the methods to load your employee data and the data requirements.

Overview

Admins must load employee data into the Smart Compensation application before they can create a compensation cycle.

Note: Visier will support you through the data load process and help you identify the methods that work best for you. If there are any data issues, contact Visier Technical Support.

If your source system meets the following minimum data requirements, data can be loaded through a connector, file upload, or Direct Data Intake API. For more information, see Data In.

In addition to the minimum data requirements, you have the option to load other data elements for more robust compensation information such as bonus and long term incentive data.
