Create an Exploration Snapshot
Create an Exploration Snapshot to combine the details from segments across all plans to generate aggregated values.
Access requirements
Permission with one of the following capability sets:

Planner
-
Plan Administrator
Reach out to your administrator for access.
Prerequisites: To perform the following task, you must:
- Be the main planner
- Create a fixed plan
- End the collaboration project

In the main plan, click the Explore drop-down arrow
on the toolbar. - Click Create Exploration Snapshot.
- Type a name for the Exploration Snapshot.
- Click Create.
Result: The Exploration Snapshot is created and the plan metrics will be available in Explore. For more information, see Exploration Snapshots.
Tip:
- To analyze the plan metrics for your Exploration Snapshot in Explore, click the Metric picker and select the Planning category.

If you make changes to your plan, you can refresh the data in your Exploration Snapshot to reflect these changes. For more information, see Update an Exploration Snapshot.
