Create a Plan Model

Learn how to create a plan model.

Access requirements

Custom profile with these capabilities: Planning (Write, Detailed)

Reach out to your administrator for access.

  1. In a project, on the navigation bar, navigate to Planning > Plan Models.
  2. Click Create Plan Model.
  3. Type a display name and description.
  4. Select a core metric. This is the metric that is the main purpose for this model.

  5. Click Create.

    Result: Once you create your model, an input and plan item will be created using this core metric.
