Connect and Collect Data
Onboard data from multiple sources into a single repository then export your cleansed data to use in third-party applications.
Visier's Real-Time People Data Platform augments and enhances even the most diversified data and analytic fabric. There are many options to onboard your data quickly.
Use our prebuilt data connectors for the most common HCM and ATS solutions. If we don't have a connector for your source system, you can use the Direct Data Intake API to load data directly into Visier objects. You also have the option of uploading flat files to Visier.
- Data In Connectors: Bring data into Visier directly from your source system.
- Direct Data Intake API: Send data files to Visier to quickly and easily load data directly into objects.
- File Upload: Upload data files from your data source systems to Visier.
Once your data is inside Visier and a data version is generated, you can begin configuring concepts to give meaning to your data.
- Data Versions: Learn more about data versions and how to work with them.
- Concepts: Understand the types of concepts and when to create them.
- Guidebook Management: Create and configure the content that appears in the solution. Content in the solution consists of items such as guidebooks, analyses, metrics, concepts, and dimensions.
If the huge library of content out of the box is not enough, you can customize and extend Visier's analytical model to support your requirements. For more information, see Understand Visier's Analytic Model.
You can also export your cleansed data and conduct further analysis in third-party apps such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Data Out Connectors: Take your data out of Visier into a different application.
- Data Exports: Leverage Visier metrics and data outside of the solution.
- Data Query API: Perform aggregation and list queries to retrieve data from Visier.
- Data Version Export API: Export data version information, such as tables, columns, and file information, in CSV format.
- Connect to Visier MCP: Learn about Visier's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
- Visier API Python SDK: Use the Python SDK to interact with Visier APIs.
