Home
View a default analysis when you first sign in to Visier.
The Home room contains a view-only analysis that lets you quickly scan details about your organization.
If you have not been granted permissions to access any content, you will see the following landing page when you log in.
To access the default analysis, sign in to Visier and click the Home button on the navigation bar.
To set your own default analysis:
- On the navigation bar, click Analyses or Guidebooks .
- You can set an analysis or a Guidebook topic as your home analysis.
- Select an analysis or topic.
- In the upper-right corner, click the More items button .
- Select Set as Home.
Result: The selected analysis or Guidebook topic will be the first thing you see when you log in to Visier.
If you don't want that default analysis anymore, you can clear the selection. This resets the Home analysis to the default analysis

To clear your default analysis, do one of the following:
- Clear the home analysis from your user preferences.
- On the navigation bar, click the User button > Preferences.
- In Analyses, under Home analysis, click Clear Home Analysis.
- Clear the home analysis from the analysis.
- On the navigation bar, click Analyses or Guidebooks .
- Select the current Home analysis.
- In the upper-right corner, click the More items button .
- Select Remove as Home.
The following screenshot is an example of what a default analysis looks like in Home.
Note:
- The Home analysis is view-only.
- If you want to capture visualizations in the analysis, select a visualization inside the analysis and click the Capture button .
- If you want to download or present the analysis, click the Search button on the navigation bar and then search for the title of the Home analysis and select it from the search results. The selected analysis will function like a regular analysis.
- The Home analysis does not appear in the list of analyses that have been shared with you in Analyses .
